Information we collect

When you request an estimate we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or city, details about your repair project, and the photos you upload. When you browse the site, standard technical information (such as pages visited and general device type) may be collected through analytics tools.

The estimate form on this site is provided by Jobber, the scheduling and client-management service we run the business on. What you enter in that form is submitted to Jobber and stored in our Jobber account, under Jobber's privacy policy (getjobber.com/privacy-policy) as well as this one.

How we use your information

Your contact details and photos are used for one purpose: reviewing your project and responding to your estimate request. We may contact you by your preferred method (call, text or email) about your request and, if you become a customer, about scheduling and completing your service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your photos or contact details with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this website and our business (Jobber, which receives estimate requests, and our analytics provider).

The estimate form asks separately whether you want marketing texts or emails. Those are optional — leaving them unchecked does not affect your estimate — and every marketing message includes a way to opt out.

Photos you submit

Photos uploaded through the estimate form are transmitted securely to our Jobber account and used to assess your repair. We do not publish customer-submitted photos without asking for your permission first.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data does not include your name, phone number, email address, message contents or photos.

Data retention

Estimate requests and associated photos are retained as long as needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting service, after which they may be deleted. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.
