About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Dallas Leather Reconditioning Specialist. By using the site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to them.

Estimates

Estimates provided from photos are made in good faith based on the information and images you supply. If the condition of an item differs materially in person from what the photos could reasonably show, we will discuss any price change with you before starting work. Estimates are free and create no obligation on either side.

Photos and submissions

By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us permission to use them to assess and perform your requested service. We do not publish customer photos without separate permission. Do not upload content unrelated to a repair request.

Service appointments

Scheduled mobile appointments depend on access to the item and a safe working area. If an appointment cannot proceed for reasons outside our control, we will work with you to reschedule.

Website content

Content on this site — text, photographs of our work, and design — belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Before-and-after images shown are genuine project photos.

Information on this site is provided for general guidance; specific repair recommendations always depend on assessing your actual item.
